This 5-Day Program is created as an introduction to Pilates workouts and pilates principles.

You have 5 workouts for 5 days of this Program. But if you are a beginner you can stretch this program over 2 weeks.

You can come back to these workouts whenever you want and it's not bad to remind yourself, from time to time, of main pilates principles, in order to get the best out of your exercising.
